In the event of a serious problem regarding your property and where Bushells offices are closed - please note the emergency contact details below.
These numbers should only be used in an emergency. In the event the problem is not deemed an emergency or where the fault is as a result of damage or which is not the responsibility of the landlord, the tenants may incur a charge for any call out.
Please note - Tenants have a duty to minimise expense to their Landlord. Before calling an emergency contractor, please check any manuals supplied. In the event of electrical failure, and where it is safe to do so, please check and trip switches and fuses. In the event of loss of heating, check the boiler / timer manual and revisit settings before calling a contractor.
Should a leak occur, please try and isolate the water supply using the the stopcock to prevent additional damage.
