Our Home Information Packs are supplied at cost and unlike many agents, we do not receive any commission or introduction fee. We have negotiated the most competitive rate possible and this is passed on directly to the seller. As we do not incorporate this cost into our fees, you retain ownership of the HIP.
We operate on a No Sale No Fee basis with a transparent fee structure free from hidden costs, so if we don't get results, we don't get paid. Additionally, we won't ask you to commit to a lengthy sole agency agreement as we have faith in our service and hope you continue to favour us with your instructions as a result of our service, not because you have to.
