Our culture - what we believe
Since 1937, Bushells has been a leading company selling and renting property in London. We are wholly independent with a focussed, professional 'can do - will do' attitude to the challenges we face. Our customers are our priority and we are committed to high standards of practice. We support the mandatory licensing of agents and are members of ARLA, NAEA, NALS and The Property Ombudsman.
Our aim is to build long term relationships with our customers and to ensure that they receive the service they rightly expect. We spend a great deal of time looking at innovative ways to improve our service, whether through technology, new ideas or customer feedback. We value our staff from the most junior to the Chairman and believe everyone is an integral part of the teams success.
We don't see London as a big city, rather a close community of individual villages each with their own identity. Local knowledge is key and our staff are very proud of the areas in which they work.
We also believe that we have a duty to support the local community. We do this through the sponsorship of many local schools, charities such as Walk for Life, and local fetes and events. Further, wherever possible, we use recycled paper and are moving towards paperless offices. Our company cars are low emissions and even our MD gave up his gas guzzler and now uses the train!
Everyone at Bushells is committed to providing the best service possible and our management team is always pleased to receive feedback and suggestions. To learn more about our management team, click here
We were delighted to have won Best Estate Agent in the 2010 London Weekly Awards voted for by customers. We have also been short-listed for the Times Estate Agency Awards in two categories of Best London Agent and Best Customer Service.
