Bushells New Website Goes Live! |

Bushell's has invested in a bespoke new website to ensure properties are marketed to their full potential on the Internet. Built and powered by our friends at WebCYM, the site is a huge step forward from the previous incarnation. What makes it particularly special is that the staff has provided the ideas and the website is the product of their efforts. The designers and technical chaps have turned these ideas into Bushells.com.
Interactive mapping allows prospective buyers and tenants to search around areas which may be unfamiliar and users can even generate satellite views to see what is in the immediate vicinity. Additionally, a 'favourites' function allows properties to be saved whilst a news feed allows people to learn the latest news in the local market. An RSS feed can be enabled. These News feeds allow you to see when new articles are are published, without having to re-visit the website.
Eric Walker, Managing Director, is delighted with the new site. "It was time for a change and the result exceeds our expectations. We have launched Bushells.com at the same time our new advertising initiative has commenced together with a restyling of our trademark boards. Many agents have been looking at gimmicks, cheap fees, even pay per listing at a time when properties are hardest to sell," he added. "The reality is that the only way to move forward is through investment and rethinking the way we present information and how to get this information to an increased audience. You can't achieve this by simply cutting costs This new site will be far more visible to search engines and some clever technical changes will facilitate this."
