Bushells New Website a huge success!! |

 At the start of the month, Bushells launched their new website which is as huge step forward from the successful site which had served us well for two years.
We decided that our focus would be on enhancing content and functionality but were committed to keeping the navigation simple whereby every feature could be accessed from the homepage. It was not an easy task but with the help of our talented yet patient designers Miller & Team and our Web Management system and technical innovators, Cymple, we believe that we have succeeded. We wanted our website to not only be an advertising medium, but also a resource and point of reference.
We have added useful information including advice for landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers. We have included a step by step guide to the conveyancing process and added a glossary of terms which we have called our Jargon Buster.
There is now a FAQ's page for lettings together with an innovative Lettings Helpline allowing people to seek advice with their problem tenancies without obligation. We believe it is part of our responsibility as ARLA agents to raise standards within the industry and help those who are experiencing difficulties.
Our Mortgage Calculator provides up to date best buys and allows you to see what products are available and how much they will actually cost. The top rates for First time Buyers, Home Movers, Buy to Let landlords and those considering re-mortgage are available and are automatically updated.
Our new Vendor Log In function allows clients to monitor viewings from anywhere in the world provided you have an internet connection. Additionally, sellers can track offers and sales and read the feed back from potential buyers.
The way in which properties are presented has been enhanced as previously, photos were cropped to fit the screen. Now, through the wonders of flash, pictures move so that the entire image can be viewed. We have also added 'Google Streetview' and distances from local stations.
We are delighted with the changes but haven't finished yet! additional features will be added soon. We welcome any comments or suggestions!
