Make sure the property looks presentable at all times. Remove any clutter and ensure that your home is professionally cleaned with all decorating jobs completed prior to viewings.
Complete all the repairs
Make sure all appliances, including boilers, are serviced prior to tenants moving in to avoid expensive call outs. Ensure your shower works and complete all repairs or improvements before marketing the property. It is easier to let a property in good condition as opposed to one where the landlord 'may be willing' to make improvements.
