- If offer acceptable withdraw property from market
What Purchaser does

- Instruct solicitors to act & pay for searches
- Fill in mortgage application & submit to lender with cheque for survey
Purchaser Solicitor
- On receipt of paperwork apply for all searches
- Approve contract & raise enquiries if leasehold write to management agents
Purchaser
- Sign mortgage offer
- Sign & return contract
- Arrange for deposit to be sent to solicitor
- Confirm exchange completion dates
- Instruct solicitor to exchange
What Vendor does

- Instruct solicitors to send draft paperwork
- Complete all necessary paperwork, i.e. fixtures & fittings form & property information forms
